Return Policy 
Need to Return or Exchange an item? No problem!
We will accept any non-embroidered, non-engraved, or un-altered item within 30 days of delivery provided it is unwashed, unworn, in original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags attached. We ask that all returns and exchanges are sent back with a copy of the packing slip or invoice enclosed.
Please Send an email to sales@mylittledoc.com and let us know your Invoice # and what you are returning or exchanging.
Embroidered, engraved, altered, or clearance items are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-returnable. 30 Day Money Back Guarantee applies to non-embroidered, unaltered, and unwashed items only.
Shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping will be paid by the customer unless the item is damaged or the wrong merchandise was shipped. All Shipping Refunds will be given at published US Postal Service First Class Mail Rates for One Item or Priority Mail Rates for multiple items. Shipping refunds will not be given for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
A refund will be made in the same form of payment that was used to make the initial purchase.
When sending return and exchange items to us please use Delivery Confirmation. We cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit.
