In-Stock Items Ship the Next Business Day!
Embroidered Items Ship in 2 to 3 Business Days
Domestic (US) Shipping
Unless otherwise specified on the Product Pages, Non-embroidered in stock items will ship the next business day after they are ordered. Your non-embroidered items shipped by Priority Mail will arrive at your door in 5 business days or less depending on your location. (U.S. only) Note: Priority Mail does not Guarantee 4 Day Delivery, Please choose FedEx for Guaranteed Delivery Times.
Please allow for additional time to produce embroidered or engraved items. Your embroidered or engraved items shipped by Priority Mail will arrive at your door in 7 business days or less depending on your location. (U.S. only)

Rush Embroidery items ship the next Business Day (Monday through Friday)
Example: If you place your Rush Embroidery order on Friday it will ship on Monday.
Standard Ground Packages are shipped US Postal Service Priority Mail and will arrive at your door in 2 to 4 days after shipping. Overnight and 2nd Day Packages are shipped via FedEx, a tracking number will be emailed to you after your package is shipped from our facility.
FedEx Overnight and 2nd Day Shipments:
If you order a non-embroidered item today before 5pm Eastern it will ship the next business day (Monday through Friday)
Overnight Example: If you order a non-embroidered item on Monday before 5pm EST it will ship on Tuesday and you will receive it on Wednesday.
2nd Day Example: If you order a non-embroidered item on Friday before 5pm EST it will ship on Monday and you will receive it on Wednesday.
Please remember if you order an embroidered item today shipped FedEx Overnight you will not receive it tomorrow, because of the embroidery process it will ship Overnight in 2 to 3 business days (Mon - Fri) after the order is placed.
International Shipping
We can ship up to two items (Scrubs or Lab Coats) to most countries worldwide for $18.25 USD or less.
Just place your order on our site and we will contact you by email with the total for the additional shipping charges.
All pricing below is for shipping two items or less. Any Taxes or Duty assessed by customs in the destination country are the customer's responsibility.

How Long Does It Take to Embroider and Ship My Order?
The normal processing time for embroidered orders is 2 to 3 business days (business days are Monday through Friday). So, if your order is received on a Monday, for example, it will be embroidered and shipped by Thursday of the same week. If the order is received on a Friday, it will be embroidered and shipped by Wednesday of the following week. (Non-embroidered in stock items will ship the next business day)
How Long From the Time My Order Ships Until It Arrives at my Door?
That depends on the shipping method selected. Priority Mail takes 3 to 4 business days beginning with the day following shipment, but that method is not guaranteed. For service guarantees, we recommend FedEx 2 Day, or Overnight service. If you're an international customer, USPS Intl service takes 6 to 10 business days (M-F) following the date that we ship.
Do Any Shipping Methods Offer a Service Guarantee?
Packages shipped via FedEx 2 Day Service will arrive by 4pm on the 2nd FedEx business day (Monday through Friday) following the date of shipment.
Packages shipped via FedEx Standard Overnight will arrive by 7pm on the next FedEx business day (Monday through Friday) following the date of shipment.
What Does Shipping Cost?

The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Website pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.
We ship every weekday Monday through Friday. We are closed on major holidays but will ship your order the next regular weekday following the holiday.
