Unless otherwise specified on the Product Pages, Non-embroidered in stock items ordered before 5pm Eastern will ship tomorrow. (Excluding Sat, Sun & Holidays) Your non-embroidered items shipped by US Postal Service Priority Mail should arrive at your door in 5 business days or less depending on your location. (U.S. only)

Rush Embroidery items ship the next Business Day (Monday through Friday excluding holidays)
Example 1: If you place your Rush Embroidery order on Friday it will ship on Monday.
Example 2: If you place your Rush Embroidery order on Monday it will ship on Tuesday.
Rush Embroidery does not automatically upgrade shipping to FedEx 2nd Day or Overnight, you must choose your Shipping Options in the Shopping Cart.
PARTIAL SHIPMENTS - All orders are shipped complete. We do not ship partial orders unless it is specifically requested by the customer.
If you order a non-embroidered item today before 5pm Eastern it will ship the next business day (Monday through Friday). Orders placed after 5pm Eastern time will not ship the following business day.
Example: If you place your non-embroidered item on Monday after 5pm Eastern Time it will ship on Wednesday.

Orders shipped via USPS will not ship or be delivered on the following days: New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, Washington’s Birthday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day
Please allow up to 3 Business Days for non-embroidered items to ship during the months of October, November and December.

We do not offer FedEx Saturday Delivery. Please contact us if you are unsure of your delivery date.

Overnight Example: If you order a non-embroidered item on Monday before 5pm EST it will ship on Tuesday and you will receive it on Wednesday.
